Reselling Vixen Products
Customers who choose to purchase products from Vixen for the purpose of resale are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing their business activities.
Before reselling any products, we encourage you to determine whether your state or local jurisdiction requires you to:
Obtain a business license or seller's permit.
Register as a reseller or retail business.
Collect and remit applicable sales tax.
Comply with any additional licensing, reporting, or regulatory requirements.
Vixen does not provide legal, tax, or business advice. It is the sole responsibility of each reseller to research and comply with all laws and regulations that apply to their business.
Vixen shall not be held liable for any fines, penalties, taxes, fees, legal actions, or other consequences resulting from a customer's failure to obtain the required licenses, permits, registrations, or to properly collect and remit sales tax.
By purchasing products from Vixen for resale, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for meeting all legal and tax obligations associated with your resale activities.

VIXEN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Vixen, we take pride in providing carefully curated, high-quality products. Due to the nature of our merchandise and for quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.
Please Note:
No returns will be accepted.
No exchanges are permitted at this time.
We are unable to offer refunds, store credit, or product exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
We encourage customers to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At Vixen, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped promptly. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as Delivered according to the carrier's tracking information, Vixen is no longer responsible for the package.
Vixen is not liable for lost, missing, stolen, or misplaced packages that have a confirmed delivery status by the shipping carrier. We encourage customers to track their packages closely and make arrangements to receive deliveries in a secure location.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following:
Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.
Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or file a claim, if applicable.
By placing an order with Vixen, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and understand that responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
